Please note that regardless of whether you make purchases on the website or register on it, it is necessary to follow the rules, which define and specify terms and conditions for the use of all functional parts of the website.

 

  1.        Registration on the Website

You can register on the website using a registration form available on the website.Enter your contact e-mail address for registration and follow the instructions sent to you.Registration creates a user account.

E-mail address and password are needed to access the user account.Keep the access nformation for your user account confidential.Our company is not responsible for unauthorized use of the user account by a third party.

Information entered at registration shall be true and complete.We may cancel without compensation any account that was set up based on untrue or incomplete information.

If your information changes we recommend that you immediately change it in the user account.

You can order goods, track orders and administer the user account through your user account.Any other possible functions of the user account are always specified on the website. 

Please note that we are entitled to cancel your user account without compensation if your account is used in contradiction with good manners, valid legislation or these Terms and Conditions.  

 

  1.        Personal Data Protection

When filling out the order or registering on the website you are providing your personal data.Other information, to which we have access, are acquired, saved and processed when you use the website.By entering personal data and using the website you agree with processing and collecting of your personal data to the extent specified below and for the purposes specified below until an expression of disagreement with such processing.

We handle personal data in compliance with the Czech law, namely Act No. 101/2000 Sb., Personal Data Protection (hereinafter “PDP”), as amended.

2.1.          What is Personal and Other Data?

Persona data is data you voluntarily give us when you fill out an order or registration.Personal data means all the information that identifies or may identify a specific person.Persona data namely, but not only, includes first name and last name, photo, date of birth, e-mail address and home address or phone number.

Other data that we acquire automatically in connection with the use of the website include IP address, type of browser, hardware and operating system, time and number of website access, information acquired by means of cookies and other similar information.Note that we can get the other data even without registration regardless of whether or not you make purchases on the website.

2.2.          How do We Use Personal and Other Data?

Through the personal data and other data we enable you above all access to your account and the easiest possible use of the website.

We also use the data for communication regarding administration of your account and for user support.Data may be used for improvement of our services, including the use of analysis of website users' behavior.

Our company is a personal data administrator in terms of PDP and it is listed in the register of Personal Data Protection Office under registration number 59036.

We may delegate a third party as a processing entity to process your personal data and other data.

Personal and other data acquired are fully secured from unauthorized use.

Personal data shall be processed for an indefinite period of time.Personal data shall be processed in an electronic form in an automatic way, or in a printed form in a non-automatic way.

2.4.          To Whom do We Give Your Personal Data?

We do not give your personal data to any other party.External carriers and entities involved in goods delivery, or provision of services are an exception.These entities are given your personal data to a minimum extent necessary for the goods delivery or provision of services.

2.5.          What Are Your Rights in Connection with the Personal Data?

You have the right to access your personal data and right to information about its processing (information about the purpose of processing, information about sources of this data and information about the recipient).Upon request, this information shall be provided to you without undue delay.Furthermore, you have the right to correct the personal data and other legal rights to this data.

Based on our written request we will delete your personal data from the database.

If you think that our company or entity processing personal data processes your personal data contrary to law, you can:

-      ask us or the processing entity for explanation;

-      ask us or the processing entity to remedy such situation.It may include namely blocking, making a correction, adding or deletion of personal data.

We are going to satisfy you to the maximum in the protection of your personal data.However, if you are not satisfied with the resolution you have the right to approach relevant authorities, particularly Personal Data Protection Office.This provision shall not affect your right to directly approach the Personal Data Protection Office with your motion.

For the provision of information about personal data processing we may demand reasonable payment not exceeding the cost necessary to provide the information.

Our company and personal data processing entities, if any, are based in the Czech Republic.

The website uses Google Analytics service provided by the company Google, Inc. (hereinafter “Google”).

3.1.          What is Google Analytics service?

The Google Analytics service uses “cookies”, which are test files saved in each website visitor's computer and enable analysis of how the website is used.

4.1.          How Do We Proceed in Case of Violation of Copyrights?

In case of breach above we are going to proceed according to Act No. 121/2000 Sb., Copyright Act, as amended.

Our company as a copyright holder is namely entitled to demand remedy regarding infringement of our copyrights and demand withdrawal of unauthorized copies.

Furthermore, we are entitled to demand reasonable satisfaction for the harm caused.

 

  1.        Other Relations Associated with the Website Use

5.1.          Note that clicking on some links on the website may take you out of the website and redirect you to third parties' websites.

5.2.          Our company shall not be responsible for errors caused by third parties’ intervention on the website or due to its use contrary to its purpose.When using the website you are not allowed to use mechanisms, software, scripts or other procedures that might negatively impact its operation, i.e. above all interfere with the system function or inadequately burden the system, and also you are not allowed to perform any activity that would enable you or third parties to interfere without authorization with or use the software or other parts making up the website and use the website or its parts or software in a way that contradicts its designation or purpose.

5.3.          We cannot guarantee you an uninterrupted access to the website nor error-free condition or safety of the website.We are not responsible for damage caused by accessing or using the website, including possible damage due to website data download, damage due to interruption of operation, website malfunction, computer viruses, damage due to lost data, lost profit or unauthorized access to transfers and data.
